This event will be held off-site at the Washington County Fair Complex in the Cloverleaf Building. The Cloverleaf building is directly across from the building we held the last Regionals in. We will have much more space this time, including space for Side Events.

If you park in the back on 28th Avenue, as shown on the map, your walk to the Cloverleaf Building is much shorter. If you are coming from the East on Cornell, you will need to turn on 25th and back-track to 28th since you can't turn off Cornell onto 28th.

Number of Rounds
4-8 Players = 3 Rounds
9-16 Players = 4 Rounds
17-32 Players = 5 Rounds
33-64 Players = 6 Rounds
65 – 128 Players = 7 Rounds
129 – 256 Players = 8 Rounds
All rounds will be 40 minutes long, including the top 8 round.

Prizes
All players will receive 5 booster packs on the day of the event.
Top 16 players will receive an invitation to Nationals. This will increase to Top 32 if we have 129 or more players.
Top 8 players each receive a 2010 Regional Qualifier Game Mat.
Top 4 players also receive a Card Binder.

Registration Information
To Pre-register, which is encouraged in order to guarantee a space, please come into Rainy Day Games and pre-pay for the event. If you can't come in, you will need to call in advance and pre-pay (503-642-4100). NOTE - There is a good chance this event will sell out so please sign up in advance if possible.
If you have pre-registered and do not show up on the day of the event you forfeit your spot and will not receive a refund.

Deck Registration Sheets will be required for the event. If you wish to fill out the deck registration forms out before hand, it is located below. Please remember to bring your Konami ID card if you already have one.
